The skiing vacation at the New Year began badly with BH Air. Our flight, which was scheduled to land in Sofia, was unable to land there but was instead diverted to Varna Airport. There were no staff and no food, and we waited four hrs.. Then we suffered an 8.5-hour bus trip to the resort. Lost an entire day of skiing as well as a night spent in accommodation. When we sought compensation, it was declined by the company, which advised us to demand insurance. Having very disappointing and bad customer service.”
