I recently flew with EgyptAir and had a mixed experience. Check-in was smooth and the attendants were pleasant enough and considerate during the flight. Meal service is admirable and they provide delicious meals. I was however not impressed with the inside of the aircraft; it was old and in need of a renovation. Also, there were delays that resulted in underlining crew communication. I loved the luggage allowance and the cooperation with the Star Alliance but there might be some improvement in services and the cabin standard. On the whole, EgyptAir does have potential, yet there are some areas that should be developed.”
